One of the fundamental aspects of our growing reputation, in general, is our strict policy on reporting times whereby we endeavour to issue reports within 48 hours of completion of any work undertaken.

Subject to the nature and requirements of the work undertaken, a preliminary report is issued within 24 hours of our first attendance. Where once again due to the nature of the work, finalisation of the matter occurs over an extended period, our clients are kept fully updated with interim reports, detailing any reasons or concerns relating to the status of the matter.
